CAREER LOUNGE

NEVER BURN YOUR BRIDGES...
Today am starting out with something very key and vital to everyone, it's simple because even those not yet employed has a primary knowledge about it, this is serving as a reminder as you work and relate with colleagues  this lovely week.
Maybe you just started out with a new job or it could be that your considering on resigning your present job for something better or to stay idle...LOL or to start a business of your own, it may even be that you want to further your education (grabbing a M.sc) whatever the circumstance is always remember the Golden Rule ''Never Burn Your Bridges'.
If your leaving our present job bad mouthing your boss or fellow colleague may feel better at the initial time, but you would be amazed at how things can rebounce when you least expect them to especially if you work in a small industry where people end up working together again a few years later or where your reputation precedes you from your previous company.
Consequently, if you just started a new job ,your opinions should be indiscreet, 'Standard Motto', be polite, courteous, humble, always smile to not only your boss but to other employees. Think properly before saying anything since in certain cases it backfires...Hehehe which may jeopardise your ambition at the organisation ranging from office gossip, trashing others people's performances , looks, behaviours, or revealing details about your personal life that are best kept private such as(sex life, financial status or other kind of problems),
It's a small world never forget that professional behaviour is a vital part of professional success.

DAILY DIGEST

REALITY....
Hold yourself to the highest vision you have for yourself and your life...Then go to work every single day to create the best version of yourself. It's really not easy  especially when your grand vision and your current reality don't even seem like they are in the same 'Solar System'. But you have got to forget about how far your dreams are and start holding yourself to the highest standard...a standard that reflects your ambitions not your reality.
You might not be able to experience your dreams or vision for life right now, you might be feeling lost or scared that it will never happen for you....but here is the thing...no one gets to experience their vision or dreams before they become all they can and ultimately become the best vision of themselves.
It doesn't matter what everyone is doing around or what your current performances and problems are just be the best that you can, do the best that you can with what you have at hand.'Be the best vision of yourself'  Take that step and trust me every other goal, dream and vision you have will become your REALITY.
It is undisputed that your ideas are worthless,if you don't get to work on them and pour your heart, soul, time, and energy into those ideas .It is not the idea that matters, its the amount of effort and hustle you are prepared to put in everyday and night, not forgetting the GOD factor which is key and paramount in our daily routine as we try to do life, this determination is what makes those ideas tangible and real.
There is no such thing like over night success, it takes consistence, hardwork ,hustling and grinding  just to even get noticed in the market place and none of that happens just because you had a great idea....it happened because you trusted God, worked tirelessly to create a beautiful and exceptional work that impacts on the life of OTHERS!
Finally, I will leave you with this, THERE IS NO SHORT CUT TO SUCCESS!!BACK YOUR IDEAS UP WITH WORK
