Amaju Pinnick and Victor Osimhen
President of the Nigeria Football Federation,,(NFF) Amaju Pinnick has urged the Golden Eaglets to bring back the FIFA U-17 World Cup trophy.
Emmanuel Amuneke’s men scaled through to the final after a 4-2 win over their Mexican counterparts.
Nigeria will now play Mali in an all-African final and Pinnick who watched the boys beat Mexico live at the Estadio Municipal Ester Roa was ecstatic.
“I’m extremely happy for Emmanuel (Amuneke) because he, along with other officials, have demon¬strated that they are good fa¬thers to you all and I’m glad that I was able to withstand the pressure to sack him when the team failed to win the African Championship trophy in Niger Republic.

Here in Chile, Em¬manuel has shamed all the doubting Thomases but I don’t want you to forget that the most important match is against Mali on Sunday.
This is a life -time oppor¬tunity for you to write your names in gold and you know how appreciative our country can be to winners and heroes. Sunday is the day to write your names into the history books,” Pinnick noted.
Defender champions Nigeria will face Mali in the final on Sunday, November 9.
