It has been said countlessly that attitude is everything and in picking you should always pick the right ones.Having a right attitude at work or in your career goes a long way and it's a determining factor when it has to do with various aspects of your work,ranging from your outcome,inputs and if you will finally achieve your set goals.
Having the right attitude at work is the ability to consciously develop the right emotions or feeling or taking the right mental position towards work and career,it helps fast track your career,it accounts so much for the success you achieve in your career. It can transform your career,get you promoted faster,and give you the right friends and support,it can facilitate the speed it takes to execute that big project in certain instances and generally you enjoy your job.On the contrary many people struggle with this because they don't love their job or somehow the pay is no longer meeting there daily needs like it did previously when  they got employed.
MUST KNOW
  You must know that while working in that office or pursing that career people must offend you,they will step on your toes,just like you may also offend other people.
  Be quick to forgive people when they come apologizing about annoying you or not meeting deadlines,learn also to apologise to people when you hurt them ,be quick to say AM SORRY and mean it from your heart.
  Love and respect people,consciously make an effort to do this
  Give room for other people's ideas, suggestions,opinions.Allow positive and good communication when your around your colleagues,you can't be right always.
  Don't put your colleagues down at the back.
  Don't look down on people(co workers,visitors)even when you are on a higher class(good car,designers clothes,bags,shoes etc).Try not to form a group or click in the office comprising of people you feel are in the same class with you and then treat others as rags.
  Always smile...let's stop frowning our faces.Don't FROWN PLEASE
